The Report has been backed by a Military Advisory Board which is made up of 12 three and four star generals and admirals which includes Former Director of the Navy Nuclear Power Program Adm. Skip Bowman, as well as Former CentCom Commander General Anthony Zinni.

The report was written by two members of the CNA, one of which, Henry H. Gaffney, wrote that the Iraq War was not fought because Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, but, rather, due to Iraq's non-compliance with the globalization process, the U.S. military was required to enforce globalization: a Roman Empire echo.

The other writer, E. Thomas Morehouse, an environmentalist who has authored books on saving the ozone hole, has given conference presentations on the need to ban the light bulb. He also spoke at several events conducted by the Rocky Mountain Institute of Amory Lovins.

As to the Military Advisory Board, the report names James Hansen and his group at the Goddard Institute for Space Science at Columbia University, rabid global warming fanatics, as the only source for the group's briefings on the subject.
