China's report had been scheduled for publication today. A new date for the publication was not given, the delay is indefinite. This decision in Beijing is in line with China's siding with developing sector nations that opposed binding conclusions from last week's session of the United Nations Security Council on the report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.</p></div></body>
